sec.353AB Matters for camera-detected offences for which notice from defendant is required— Act , s 120

For section 120 (7A) of the Act , the following matters are prescribed— an exemption under section 267 ; an exemption under section 267A ; an exemption under section 310 applying to section 264 , 264A or 265 . s 353AB ins 2021 SL No. 102 s 22

• (a) an exemption under section 267 ;
• (b) an exemption under section 267A ;
• (c) an exemption under section 310 applying to section 264 , 264A or 265 .
