sec.300C Limitation on use of wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy
A person must not travel in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy if a propellant is attached to it or the person. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. In this section— propellant means a machine (other than a lever, wheel and axle, pulley, screw, wedge or inclined plane) capable of propelling a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy. (sec.300C-ssec.1) A person must not travel in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy if a propellant is attached to it or the person. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. (sec.300C-ssec.2) In this section— propellant means a machine (other than a lever, wheel and axle, pulley, screw, wedge or inclined plane) capable of propelling a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy.
