sec.253 Bicycle and personal mobility device riders not to cause a traffic hazard

The rider of a bicycle or a personal mobility device must not cause a traffic hazard by moving into the path of a driver or pedestrian. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. s 253 amd 2022 SL No. 142 s 80
