sec.2 Commencement
This regulation, other than sections 266 and 267 (1) , (1AA) , (1AB) , (1A) , (1B) and (1C) , commences on 12 October 2009. Sections 266 and 267 (1) , (1AA) , (1AB) , (1A) , (1B) and (1C) commence on 11 March 2010.
