sec.189 Double parking
A driver must not stop on a road if to do so would put any part of the vehicle that the driver is driving between a vehicle that is parked on the road and the centre of the road. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. A driver does not contravene subsection (1) by parking on the side of the road, or in a median strip parking area, in accordance with section 210 . s 189 amd 2013 SL No. 192 s 29 (sec.189-ssec.1) A driver must not stop on a road if to do so would put any part of the vehicle that the driver is driving between a vehicle that is parked on the road and the centre of the road.
