sec.166 Application of part to bicycles and personal mobility devices
This part does not apply to a bicycle or a personal mobility device that is stopped or parked— at a bicycle rail or in a bicycle rack; or on a bicycle path, footpath, separated footpath, shared path or nature strip; or on a part of a road that is designated for the parking of bicycles or personal mobility devices. s 166 sub 2022 SL No. 142 s 55
- (a) at a bicycle rail or in a bicycle rack; or
- (b) on a bicycle path, footpath, separated footpath, shared path or nature strip; or
- (c) on a part of a road that is designated for the parking of bicycles or personal mobility devices.
