sec.85 Application of part
This part does not apply to a person if— the chief executive has approved, under section 143 , an application in relation to the person’s special need for a class RE or class R Queensland driver licence and section 145 or part 5 , division 3 , subdivision 4 or 5 applies to the person; or the person is applying for a Queensland driver licence as a returning driver under part 5 , division 4 .

- (b) the person is applying for a Queensland driver licence as a returning driver under part 5 , division 4 .
