sec.51 Persons who hold class C learner licences and class RE or class R O type licences
This section applies in relation to a class C open licence. For section 44 , the person must— hold a class C learner licence and a class RE or class R O type licence; and have held a class C learner licence for a period of at least 1 year within the period of 5 years before the person applies for the class C open licence. (sec.51-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a class C open licence. (sec.51-ssec.2) For section 44 , the person must— hold a class C learner licence and a class RE or class R O type licence; and have held a class C learner licence for a period of at least 1 year within the period of 5 years before the person applies for the class C open licence.
- (a) hold a class C learner licence and a class RE or class R O type licence; and
- (b) have held a class C learner licence for a period of at least 1 year within the period of 5 years before the person applies for the class C open licence.
