sec.431 Approved interlocks for interlock periods starting before 10 September 2021
This section applies in relation to a person’s interlock period that started, but had not ended, before 10 September 2021. For section 91I of the Act , definition approved , the following interlocks are approved for the person’s interlock period— Draeger Interlock XT (also known as Dräger Interlock XT); Guardian 2030. Subsection (2) applies— despite section 334; and regardless of when the interlock is fitted to the person’s nominated vehicle. Also, the expired regulation, section 185 continues to apply in relation to the person’s interlock period as if the expired regulation had not expired. (sec.431-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a person’s interlock period that started, but had not ended, before 10 September 2021.
