This section applies in relation to a notice for an interlock approval given before the commencement under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Accreditation and Other Provisions) Regulation 2015 , section 115. A reference in the notice to an approved interlock described in the expired regulation, section 63B is taken to be a reference to the following interlocks— Draeger Interlock XT (also known as Dräger Interlock XT); Guardian 2030.
