sec.424 Late night driving—application of ch 6, pt 3, div 4
This section applies if— the expired regulation, section 72 applies to a person; and immediately before the commencement, the period of 1 year applying for the person under the expired regulation, section 72(3) had not ended. Chapter 6, part 3, division 4 applies in relation to the person— as if a reference in the chapter to the person’s restricted driving period were a reference to the period of 1 year applying for the person under the expired regulation, section 72(3); and with any other necessary changes. (sec.424-ssec.1) This section applies if— the expired regulation, section 72 applies to a person; and immediately before the commencement, the period of 1 year applying for the person under the expired regulation, section 72(3) had not ended. (sec.424-ssec.2) Chapter 6, part 3, division 4 applies in relation to the person— as if a reference in the chapter to the person’s restricted driving period were a reference to the period of 1 year applying for the person under the expired regulation, section 72(3); and with any other necessary changes.
- (a) the expired regulation, section 72 applies to a person; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the period of 1 year applying for the person under the expired regulation, section 72(3) had not ended.
