sec.422 Existing certificates of exemption
On the commencement— a certificate of exemption granted under the expired regulation, section 71(9) that is in effect immediately before the commencement is taken to have been given under section 236(1); and a certificate of exemption granted under the expired regulation, section 71A(5) that is in effect immediately before the commencement is taken to have been given under section 239(1); and a certificate of exemption granted under the expired regulation, section 73(6) that is in effect immediately before the commencement is taken to have been given under section 246(1).
- (a) a certificate of exemption granted under the expired regulation, section 71(9) that is in effect immediately before the commencement is taken to have been given under section 236(1); and
- (b) a certificate of exemption granted under the expired regulation, section 71A(5) that is in effect immediately before the commencement is taken to have been given under section 239(1); and
- (c) a certificate of exemption granted under the expired regulation, section 73(6) that is in effect immediately before the commencement is taken to have been given under section 246(1).
