sec.415 Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies in relation to a person who holds a class C, or heavy vehicle class, P2 type licence if, before the commencement, the chief executive recorded the person’s P2 time credit under the expired regulation, section 16A ( existing P2 time credit ). In this section, a reference to a class C, or heavy vehicle class, P2 type licence includes a non-Queensland driver licence that corresponds to a class C, or heavy vehicle class, P2 type licence. (sec.415-ssec.1) This subdivision applies in relation to a person who holds a class C, or heavy vehicle class, P2 type licence if, before the commencement, the chief executive recorded the person’s P2 time credit under the expired regulation, section 16A ( existing P2 time credit ).
