sec.409 Particular decisions made under expired regulation, pt 4 before commencement

This section applies in relation to the following decisions in effect immediately before the commencement— a decision to approve a completed logbook under the expired regulation, section 32; a decision to grant an application, in whole or in part, under the expired regulation, section 33; a decision to grant an application under the expired regulation, section 34. On the commencement, the decision is taken to have been made under— for a decision mentioned in subsection (1)(a)—section 70(1); or for a decision mentioned in subsection (1)(b)—section 77(1)(a); or for a decision mentioned in subsection (1)(c)—section 82(1). (sec.409-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to the following decisions in effect immediately before the commencement— a decision to approve a completed logbook under the expired regulation, section 32; a decision to grant an application, in whole or in part, under the expired regulation, section 33; a decision to grant an application under the expired regulation, section 34. (sec.409-ssec.2) On the commencement, the decision is taken to have been made under— for a decision mentioned in subsection (1)(a)—section 70(1); or for a decision mentioned in subsection (1)(b)—section 77(1)(a); or for a decision mentioned in subsection (1)(c)—section 82(1).

• (a) a decision to approve a completed logbook under the expired regulation, section 32;
• (b) a decision to grant an application, in whole or in part, under the expired regulation, section 33;
• (c) a decision to grant an application under the expired regulation, section 34.
• (a) for a decision mentioned in subsection (1)(a)—section 70(1); or
• (b) for a decision mentioned in subsection (1)(b)—section 77(1)(a); or
• (c) for a decision mentioned in subsection (1)(c)—section 82(1).
