sec.397 Waiving payment of fees for applications for exemptions from logbook requirements

This section applies if a person is required to pay a fee mentioned in schedule 7 , item 7 for an application under section 81 for an exemption from the logbook requirements on the grounds mentioned in section 82 (2) (b) . The chief executive may waive the payment of the fee if the person lives in a community visited by a service, provided by the department, that helps persons in obtaining a Queensland driver licence. the Indigenous Driver Licensing Unit (sec.397-ssec.1) This section applies if a person is required to pay a fee mentioned in schedule 7 , item 7 for an application under section 81 for an exemption from the logbook requirements on the grounds mentioned in section 82 (2) (b) .
