sec.380 Definitions for part
In this part— application means— an application required or permitted to be made under this regulation, other than an application under section 296 , 301 , 312 or 322 ; or an application for the grant of a restricted licence made by a person in relation to whom an order mentioned in section 81 (7) of the Act , or made under section 87 (1) of the Act , is in effect. decision-maker , for an application, means the office holder (however described) whose function it is to decide the application. information includes a document.
- (a) an application required or permitted to be made under this regulation, other than an application under section 296 , 301 , 312 or 322 ; or
- (b) an application for the grant of a restricted licence made by a person in relation to whom an order mentioned in section 81 (7) of the Act , or made under section 87 (1) of the Act , is in effect.
