sec.377 Seizing documents that purport to be Queensland driver licences

This section applies if— either— a person produces a document that purports to be a Queensland driver licence to an authorised officer under section 49 of the Act ; or an authorised officer finds a document that purports to be a Queensland driver licence; and the authorised officer reasonably believes the document is not a Queensland driver licence. The authorised officer may seize the document. (sec.377-ssec.1) This section applies if— either— a person produces a document that purports to be a Queensland driver licence to an authorised officer under section 49 of the Act ; or an authorised officer finds a document that purports to be a Queensland driver licence; and the authorised officer reasonably believes the document is not a Queensland driver licence. (sec.377-ssec.2) The authorised officer may seize the document.

• (a) either— (i) a person produces a document that purports to be a Queensland driver licence to an authorised officer under section 49 of the Act ; or (ii) an authorised officer finds a document that purports to be a Queensland driver licence; and
• (i) a person produces a document that purports to be a Queensland driver licence to an authorised officer under section 49 of the Act ; or
• (ii) an authorised officer finds a document that purports to be a Queensland driver licence; and
• (b) the authorised officer reasonably believes the document is not a Queensland driver licence.
• (i) a person produces a document that purports to be a Queensland driver licence to an authorised officer under section 49 of the Act ; or
• (ii) an authorised officer finds a document that purports to be a Queensland driver licence; and
