sec.336 Using technical capability to identify drivers
This section applies if— a motor vehicle is the nominated vehicle for more than 1 person; and the vehicle is fitted with a prescribed interlock that has the technical capability mentioned in section 335 (a) . A person for whom the motor vehicle is a nominated vehicle must use the technical capability of the interlock to identify the person as the driver of the vehicle while operating the vehicle. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. (sec.336-ssec.1) This section applies if— a motor vehicle is the nominated vehicle for more than 1 person; and the vehicle is fitted with a prescribed interlock that has the technical capability mentioned in section 335 (a) . (sec.336-ssec.2) A person for whom the motor vehicle is a nominated vehicle must use the technical capability of the interlock to identify the person as the driver of the vehicle while operating the vehicle. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
