sec.307 Purpose of chapter
This chapter provides, for section 150 (1A) of the Act , for— the making of a special hardship order for a person whose open licence or provisional licence has been suspended under a relevant provision; and other matters relating to a special hardship order.
- (a) the making of a special hardship order for a person whose open licence or provisional licence has been suspended under a relevant provision; and
- (b) other matters relating to a special hardship order.
