sec.28 Minimum ages
For section 26 (1) (a) , the minimum age for— a class C, or heavy vehicle class, P1 provisional licence is 17 years; and For a person in relation to whom an application claiming special need for a class C provisional licence has been approved under section 129 , see also section 21 (3) . a class C, or heavy vehicle class, P2 provisional licence is 18 years.
