sec.279 Application of division
This division applies in relation to a person who does not hold a driver licence if— 4 or more demerit points are recorded on the person’s traffic history; and the demerit points were allocated in a continuous 1-year period; and the person did not hold a driver licence for any part of the period.
- (a) 4 or more demerit points are recorded on the person’s traffic history; and
- (b) the demerit points were allocated in a continuous 1-year period; and
- (c) the person did not hold a driver licence for any part of the period.
