sec.277 Application of division
This division applies in relation to a person who holds a Queensland driver licence if— a special hardship order is made in relation to the person; and 1 or more demerit points are recorded on the person’s traffic history; and the demerit points were allocated during the order period for the special hardship order.
- (a) a special hardship order is made in relation to the person; and
- (b) 1 or more demerit points are recorded on the person’s traffic history; and
- (c) the demerit points were allocated during the order period for the special hardship order.
