sec.273 Application of division
This division applies in relation to a person who holds a Queensland driver licence if— a section 79E order is made in relation to the person; and 4 or more demerit points are recorded on the person’s traffic history; and the demerit points were allocated in a continuous 1-year period; and the demerit points were allocated after the section 79E order was made but before the relevant charge for the person’s suspended licence, in relation to which the section 79E order was made, had been dealt with by a court or withdrawn or otherwise discontinued.
- (a) a section 79E order is made in relation to the person; and
- (b) 4 or more demerit points are recorded on the person’s traffic history; and
- (c) the demerit points were allocated in a continuous 1-year period; and
- (d) the demerit points were allocated after the section 79E order was made but before the relevant charge for the person’s suspended licence, in relation to which the section 79E order was made, had been dealt with by a court or withdrawn or otherwise discontinued.
