sec.243 Late night driving during restricted driving period
The person must not, during the person’s restricted driving period, drive a motor vehicle on a road at a time between the hours of 11p.m. and 5a.m. unless the person is allowed to drive at that time under— a certificate of exemption under section 246 (1) that is in effect for the person; or a restricted licence held by the person; or a special hardship order that is in effect for the person. Maximum penalty—30 penalty units.
- (a) a certificate of exemption under section 246 (1) that is in effect for the person; or
- (b) a restricted licence held by the person; or
- (c) a special hardship order that is in effect for the person.
