sec.237 Applications for certificates of exemption for businesses
A person may apply to the chief executive for a certificate of exemption under this subdivision that allows any of the following persons to drive high-powered vehicles on a road for the operation of the applicant’s business— if the applicant is a person to whom section 230 (1) applies—the applicant; each of the applicant’s employees who is a person to whom section 230 (1) applies. See chapter 14 , part 1 for requirements about the application.
- (a) if the applicant is a person to whom section 230 (1) applies—the applicant;
- (b) each of the applicant’s employees who is a person to whom section 230 (1) applies.
