sec.231 Applications for certificates of exemption for individuals
A person to whom section 230 (1) applies may apply to the chief executive for a certificate of exemption under this subdivision that allows the person to drive a particular high-powered vehicle on a road. For requirements about the application, see sections 233 (3) , 234 (4) and 235 (2) and chapter 14 , part 1 .
