sec.215 Authority to drive under defence force licences
The holder of a defence force licence that is in effect is authorised under the licence to drive, on a Queensland road, a defence force vehicle the holder is authorised to drive under the licence in the performance of the holder’s functions for the Australian Defence Force. In this section— defence force vehicle means a motor vehicle owned or used by the Australian Defence Force. (sec.215-ssec.1) The holder of a defence force licence that is in effect is authorised under the licence to drive, on a Queensland road, a defence force vehicle the holder is authorised to drive under the licence in the performance of the holder’s functions for the Australian Defence Force. (sec.215-ssec.2) In this section— defence force vehicle means a motor vehicle owned or used by the Australian Defence Force.
