sec.2 Commencement
This regulation, other than the provisions mentioned in subsections (2) and (3) , commences on 1 September 2021. The following provisions commence on 10 September 2021— chapter 11 ; chapter 12 , part 4 ; schedule 7 , items 15 and 16. Sections 264 (2) (d) , 268 (1) (c) and 270 (1) (c) commence on 31 January 2022. (sec.2-ssec.1) This regulation, other than the provisions mentioned in subsections (2) and (3) , commences on 1 September 2021. (sec.2-ssec.2) The following provisions commence on 10 September 2021— chapter 11 ; chapter 12 , part 4 ; schedule 7 , items 15 and 16. (sec.2-ssec.3) Sections 264 (2) (d) , 268 (1) (c) and 270 (1) (c) commence on 31 January 2022.
