sec.193 Issue of restricted licences
This section applies if— an order made by a court under section 87 (1) of the Act , or as mentioned in section 81 (7) of the Act , directing that a person be issued with a restricted licence is in effect for the person; and the person applies to a superintendent for the issue of the restricted licence. See chapter 14 , part 1 for requirements about the application. The superintendent must issue the person a P restricted licence. (sec.193-ssec.1) This section applies if— an order made by a court under section 87 (1) of the Act , or as mentioned in section 81 (7) of the Act , directing that a person be issued with a restricted licence is in effect for the person; and the person applies to a superintendent for the issue of the restricted licence.
