sec.166 Additional testing requirements for foreign driver licence holders
This section applies if the person holds or has held, within the period of 5 years before the person applies for the class R Queensland driver licence, a foreign driver licence, issued under the law of an unrecognised country, that corresponds to a class RE Queensland driver licence. For section 157 (c) , the person must pass each road rules test for the class R Queensland driver licence, unless the person is not required to pass a road rules test for the licence under section 182 or 183 . s 166 amd 2026 SL No. 7 s 13 (sec.166-ssec.1) This section applies if the person holds or has held, within the period of 5 years before the person applies for the class R Queensland driver licence, a foreign driver licence, issued under the law of an unrecognised country, that corresponds to a class RE Queensland driver licence. (sec.166-ssec.2) For section 157 (c) , the person must pass each road rules test for the class R Queensland driver licence, unless the person is not required to pass a road rules test for the licence under section 182 or 183 .
