sec.16 Learning to ride motorbikes with different transmission
This section applies to the holder of a Queensland driver licence if— the holder is, under section 14 , authorised under the licence to ride, or learn to ride, a motorbike of a particular class; and the licence is subject to a condition that states the holder may only drive a motor vehicle with a particular type of transmission. The holder is authorised under the Queensland driver licence to learn to ride a motorbike of the same class with another type of transmission. (sec.16-ssec.1) This section applies to the holder of a Queensland driver licence if— the holder is, under section 14 , authorised under the licence to ride, or learn to ride, a motorbike of a particular class; and the licence is subject to a condition that states the holder may only drive a motor vehicle with a particular type of transmission. (sec.16-ssec.2) The holder is authorised under the Queensland driver licence to learn to ride a motorbike of the same class with another type of transmission.
- (a) the holder is, under section 14 , authorised under the licence to ride, or learn to ride, a motorbike of a particular class; and
