sec.128 Applications claiming special need

A person claiming a special need for a class C learner licence or provisional licence may apply to the chief executive. See chapter 14 , part 1 for requirements about the application. The application must relate to either a class C learner licence or a class C provisional licence. The application must be accompanied by a signed statement supporting the application from— if the application is in relation to a matter mentioned in section 127 (a) (i) or (ii) —the applicant’s employer; or if the application is in relation to a matter mentioned in section 127 (a) (iii) —the person in charge of the educational institution; or if the application is in relation to a matter mentioned in section 127 (a) (iv) —a doctor. (sec.128-ssec.1) A person claiming a special need for a class C learner licence or provisional licence may apply to the chief executive.
