sec.121 Categories and types of higher class licences for Queensland driver licence holders
This section applies if a person holds a class RE Queensland driver licence (the current licence ) and is eligible for a higher class licence under this division. The person is eligible for a higher class licence that is the same category and type as the current licence. (sec.121-ssec.1) This section applies if a person holds a class RE Queensland driver licence (the current licence ) and is eligible for a higher class licence under this division.
