sec.11 Working out period driver licence has been held
This section states, for this regulation, how to work out the period a person has held a class, category or type of driver licence. Generally, the period is the total of any periods the person has held a valid driver licence of that class, category or type. However, if the period is being worked out for a provision that refers to a length of time within which the person has held a driver licence of the class, category or type, the period is the total of any periods during the length of time the person has held a valid driver licence of that class, category or type. (sec.11-ssec.1) This section states, for this regulation, how to work out the period a person has held a class, category or type of driver licence. (sec.11-ssec.2) Generally, the period is the total of any periods the person has held a valid driver licence of that class, category or type. (sec.11-ssec.3) However, if the period is being worked out for a provision that refers to a length of time within which the person has held a driver licence of the class, category or type, the period is the total of any periods during the length of time the person has held a valid driver licence of that class, category or type.
