sch.5-sec.19 Improper turns
The number of demerit points for the following offences is 3— an offence against the Queensland Road Rules , section 29 (1) ; an offence against the Queensland Road Rules , section 33 (1) that involves failing to make a turn in accordance with the Queensland Road Rules , section 33 (2) ; an offence against the Queensland Road Rules , section 42 ; an offence against the Queensland Road Rules , section 132 (2A) .
- (a) an offence against the Queensland Road Rules , section 29 (1) ;
- (b) an offence against the Queensland Road Rules , section 33 (1) that involves failing to make a turn in accordance with the Queensland Road Rules , section 33 (2) ;
