sec.74 Duty of prime contractors
A prime contractor must not transport dangerous goods in an overpack if the prime contractor knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the preparation of the overpack and its contents does not comply with either— section 5.1.2 of the ADG Code; or an approval under section 53 . Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.

- (b) an approval under section 53 .
