sec.65 Duty of owners of portable tanks, demountable tanks, MEGCs and tank vehicles
The owner of a portable tank, a demountable tank, an MEGC or a tank vehicle must not use the tank, MEGC or tank vehicle, or permit the tank, MEGC or tank vehicle to be used, to transport dangerous goods if the tank, MEGC or tank on the tank vehicle is unsuitable for the transport of the goods. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
