sec.62 Definitions for division
In this division— dangerous goods compliance plate means a plate that must be attached to a portable tank, MEGC or tank vehicle under part 6 of the ADG Code, and includes an identification plate. other packaging means a portable tank, demountable tank, MEGC, bulk container, freight container or tank on a tank vehicle.
