sec.61 Duty of drivers
A person must not drive a vehicle transporting dangerous goods in general packaging if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the packaging is damaged or defective to the extent that it is not safe to use to transport the goods. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
