sec.219 Definitions for division
In this division— licence means a dangerous goods driver licence or dangerous goods vehicle licence. licence document means— a driver authorising document; or a dangerous goods vehicle licence. licensee means the holder of a licence.
- (a) a driver authorising document; or
- (b) a dangerous goods vehicle licence.
