sec.211 Renewed licence periods
If the chief executive renews a dangerous goods vehicle licence— the licence is renewed for a period of 12 months; and the renewal period starts the day after the licence would otherwise expire. s 211 sub 2023 SL No. 24 s 30
- (a) the licence is renewed for a period of 12 months; and
- (b) the renewal period starts the day after the licence would otherwise expire.
