A person who holds a dangerous goods vehicle licence for a vehicle may apply to the chief executive for the renewal of the licence. See division 7 , subdivision 2 for requirements about the application. The application must include the information mentioned in section 206 (2) . s 209 amd 2022 SL No. 56 s 43 ; 2023 SL No. 24 s 28 (sec.209-ssec.1) A person who holds a dangerous goods vehicle licence for a vehicle may apply to the chief executive for the renewal of the licence.
