sec.168 Records of exemptions
The record of an exemption in the register kept under section 167 (1) (a) must include— the terms of the exemption; or the following information— the name of the person to whom, or the name or a description of the class of persons to which, the exemption applies; the day the exemption was granted; the provisions of this regulation, and of the ADG Code, to which the exemption relates; the period for which the exemption has effect; the dangerous goods, vehicle, equipment, packaging or other thing to which the exemption relates; the geographical area for which the exemption has effect.
- (a) the terms of the exemption; or
- (b) the following information— (i) the name of the person to whom, or the name or a description of the class of persons to which, the exemption applies; (ii) the day the exemption was granted; (iii) the provisions of this regulation, and of the ADG Code, to which the exemption relates; (iv) the period for which the exemption has effect; (v) the dangerous goods, vehicle, equipment, packaging or other thing to which the exemption relates; (vi) the geographical area for which the exemption has effect.
- (i) the name of the person to whom, or the name or a description of the class of persons to which, the exemption applies;
- (ii) the day the exemption was granted;
- (iii) the provisions of this regulation, and of the ADG Code, to which the exemption relates;
- (iv) the period for which the exemption has effect;
- (v) the dangerous goods, vehicle, equipment, packaging or other thing to which the exemption relates;
- (vi) the geographical area for which the exemption has effect.
