sec.146 Detaching trailers
A prime contractor must not direct or induce a driver to detach a trailer containing a placard load, or to permit the trailer to be detached, from a vehicle other than in accordance with part 13 of the ADG Code. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. s 146 amd 2020 SL No. 220 s 32
