A prime contractor must not direct or induce a driver to permit dangerous goods to be unloaded, from a vehicle transporting a placard load, in a way that does not comply with part 13 of the ADG Code. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. s 145 amd 2020 SL No. 220 s 31
