sec.129 Definition for division
In this division— required emergency information , for dangerous goods, means— emergency information complying with chapter 11.2 of the ADG Code for the goods; or emergency information approved under section 133 for the goods.
- (a) emergency information complying with chapter 11.2 of the ADG Code for the goods; or
- (b) emergency information approved under section 133 for the goods.
