sec.102E Duty of drivers
A person must not drive a vehicle transporting a nominally empty storage vessel if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the transport does not comply with chapter 7.2 of the ADG Code. Maximum penalty—13 penalty units. s 102E ins 2020 SL No. 220 s 28
