sec.102D Duty of prime contractors
A prime contractor must not transport a nominally empty storage vessel if the contractor knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the transport does not comply with chapter 7.2 of the ADG Code. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. s 102D ins 2020 SL No. 220 s 28
