### sec.22 Powers
An authorised officer or accredited person—
has the powers given under this or another Act; and
is subject to the directions of the chief executive or commissioner in exercising the powers.
The powers may be limited—
under a regulation; or
under a condition of appointment; or
by written notice given by the chief executive or commissioner to the authorised officer or accredited person.
(sec.22-ssec.1) An authorised officer or accredited person— has the powers given under this or another Act; and is subject to the directions of the chief executive or commissioner in exercising the powers.
(sec.22-ssec.2) The powers may be limited— under a regulation; or under a condition of appointment; or by written notice given by the chief executive or commissioner to the authorised officer or accredited person.
