### sec.21 Appointment of accredited persons The chief executive may appoint a person to be an accredited person to perform functions prescribed under a regulation only if satisfied the person has the necessary expertise to be an accredited person to perform the functions. A regulation may provide for accreditation documents for accredited persons.
